Meco Corporation ships orders in 1 business day. Orders to Post Office Boxes (POBs) CANNOT BE PROCESSED.
Your Credit Card company may show that the order is processing or pending; however, it will NOT be charged until your order ships.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on some returns. See our Return Policy, below.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Meco and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
When you visit Meco’s website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Meco and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Meco are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Meco and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Meco does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Meco itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. You must contact customer service before returning any product as we do not accept returns without Authorization from Meco as per the Return policy

By visiting Meco, you agree that the laws of the state of Tennessee in the USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Meco or its associates.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Meco or to products you purchase through Meco shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Tennessee in the USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Meco s intellectual property rights, Meco may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Tennessee in the USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Meco. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

GENERAL WARRANTY GUIDELINES – GRILLS
All Meco grills are warranted to the original purchaser against defect in material and workmanship under normal outdoor household use and correct assembly (if assembled by the consumer-purchaser). NOTE: All sales are final for any product shipped outside the continental United States.
MECO warrants its products to the original retail purchaser as detailed below.
For specific warranty information, please refer to the owner’s manual that came with your product, or your instruction sheet that came with your replacement part or accessory. THE WARRANTY INFORMATION IN YOUR OWNER’S MANUAL SUPERSEDES THE ALL WARRANTY INFORMATION, VERBAL OR ELECTRONIC. If you need an Owner’s Manual for your grill, go to the “PARTS” section of this website, or contact us by phone or e-mail.
Product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Your exclusive remedy for Warranty is that MECO will, at its option replacement parts for this product. MECO reserves the right to discontinue or change materials, parts, models or products, or to make substitutions.

To make a claim under this Warranty, you must contact MECO’S Customer Service Department 1500 Industrial Road, Greeneville, TN 37745, or call MECO at 1-800-251-7558. Proof of Purchase is required. Transportation charges are the responsibility of the consumer. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from MECO.
This warranty does not include damages which arise from misuse or abuse of this product nor repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons. This warranty does not include damages which arise from commercial use as these grills are sold for residential use only.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
The Warranty and remedies as set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied. In no event will MECO or the dealer selling this product be liable to the customer for any damages, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES AND OTHER WARRANTY TERMS AND STATE LAW RIGHTS
Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty. There are no warranties beyond the description on the face hereof. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations my not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Neither MECO nor the dealer selling this product authorizes any person to create for it any other warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with this product.
If you need replacement parts under warranty, a PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE NECESSARY. Damages caused by commercial or institutional use, accidental or intentional damage, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized person, or misuse are not covered by your warranty. If defective, parts will be repaired or replaced at the option of Meco Corporation.
Meco Grill warranties DO NOT include the cost of any inconvenience or property damage due to failure of the product and DOES NOT cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, damage arising out of transportation of the product, damage incurred through commercial use, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance. LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL PROPERTY OR COMMERCIAL DAMAGE IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED BY ALL /MECO GRILL WARRANTIES. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE OF EACH LIMTED WARRANTY. Some States do not allow of limitation on how long and implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Meco DOES NOT warrant in any way the propane cylinder (see label on cylinder for cylinder manufacturer’s warranty). The LP cylinder manufacturer is responsible for the materials, workmanship and performance of the cylinder. If the cylinder has a defect, malfunctions, or you have a question regarding the cylinder, call the cylinder manufacturer’s customer service center.

All Meco furniture products are warranted to the original purchaser against defect in material and workmanship under normal household use.
Damages caused by commercial or institutional use, accidental or intentional damage, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized person, or misuse are not covered by your warranty. NOTE: All sales are final for any product shipped outside the continental United States.

LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL PROPERTY OR COMMERCIAL DAMAGE IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED BY ALL MECO FURNITURE WARRANTIES. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE OF EACH LIMTED WARRANTY. Some States do not allow of limitation on how long and implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Transportation charges to return the product for inspection are the responsibility of the consumer/customer. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Meco.
Meco Corporation wants you to be satisfied with every Meco item you purchase either from us or from one of our retail partners.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products you have purchased from a Retail Store or an Online Retailer, YOU MUST CONTACT THE STORE or website operator directly for all returns. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of products purchased from retail partners. NOTE: All sales are final for any product shipped outside the continental United States.
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from one of our official corporate websites( www.mecocorp.com) you may return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please be advised that a 15% restocking charge does apply. For Warranty information, see the above section, Warranty Terms and Conditions. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts. Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use MAY NOT be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, products that:
– Are weather damaged from extended outdoor exposure.
– Are not maintained per Owner’s Manual instructions.
– Have been used commercially or institutionally.
– Have altered or damaged components.
– Have missing pieces or parts.
– Have been repaired or attempted to be repaired by unauthorized persons
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM MECO CORPORATION. ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION RISKS FORFEITURE OF THE PRODUCT.
NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ANY PRODUCT SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.
